With personalized wellbeing journeys, employees can enhance their physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing, all through gamified, goal oriented action plans.
In return, employees earn credits that accumulate in their personal wallet, which they can use later to redeem for specific benefits. For employers the platform allows to maximize employee engagement, commitment to employees’ overall wellbeing condition and connect HR indicators with some of the offered benefits via the wallet credit points system.
All the impacts are then mirrored to ESG scores, allowing to better steer the company’s overall sustainable investment footprint.
